You, the subscriber, have remote, secured access to your fax mailbox and can record a personal greeting, add or delete documents 24 hours a day. In addition, subscribers of fax services can utilize a toll free number for one call fax on demand, two call fax on demand and fax bulletin boards which allows an unlimited number of pages faxed.

Fax Bulletin Boards

This service allows the caller access to multiple menus of fax documents. The caller may select various documents from the menu by selecting mailbox numbers. Fax mailboxes may be added as your library expands. You, the subscriber, have secured, remote access to your fax mailbox and can record a personal greeting, and add or delete documents 24 hours a day.

"Voice on Demand" / Announcement Only & Audiotext Bulletin Boards

Allows the caller direct access to an individual message or multiple menus of pre-recorded information 24 hours a day. These services are used to rebroadcast conference calls or disseminate pre-recorded company information. Verbal bulletin boards answer callers automatically, guide the callers through a menu of options, announce the information they select and, if applicable, take messages. It will serve as an efficient link between your company, the outside world and your organization. Bulletin boards can replace the cost of handling a high volume of calls with repetitive information. Bulletin board designs can be as simple as pressing 1, 2, or 3, and can be linked to multiple sub-menus for comprehensive training and recruitment information. Once the system has been programmed, you are free to update and re-record information remotely from any touch-tone phone.
